Contact Us

If you have no water right now, call — don’t fill in a form. We answer the phone seven days a week, 7am to 9pm, and a no-water callout is treated as an emergency.

For anything less urgent, the form works fine and we’ll come back to you fast.

Send us the details

Tell us your town and what the water is doing — that’s usually enough for us to narrow the likely cause before we set off.

    Before you call

    What's Useful to Tell Us

None of this is essential — call anyway if you don’t know. But the more of it you can answer, the better the chance we arrive with the right part on the first visit instead of the second.

    Your town

So we can tell you honestly how long we’ll be, rather than guessing.

    What the water is doing

Nothing at all, weak pressure, spitting air, or fine but the pump won’t stop running.

    What you heard first

Clicking, humming, rapid on-off, or complete silence. This narrows the cause more than anything else.

    Whether the breaker tripped

And please leave it off if it keeps tripping — each reset pushes more current through the fault.

Roughly how old the system is

Even “it was here when we bought the house” is useful. Most people don’t know, and that’s fine.

    Anything awkward about access

Long driveway, well head fenced in or landscaped over, dogs on the property.

Prefer email? You can reach us at support@localwellpumprepair.com. We’re based at 3211 Toscano Ct, Greenville, SC 29615, and we come to you — there’s no need to visit us.

    The Van Arrives Stocked

Pressure switches, capacitors, control boxes, gauges and fittings are all on board, which is why most repairs finish on the first visit rather than the second.

That’s also why the details help. Tell us what the water is doing when you call, and the right parts are already with us when we pull up.
