Well Pump Services
Everything we do on well systems across South Carolina. Whatever the symptom, the process is the same: we test the whole system first, tell you what actually failed, and agree a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
Pick the One That Matches Your Problem
Not sure which one you need? That’s fine — most people aren’t. Call and describe what the water is doing, and we’ll work it out from there. We service submersible and jet systems of any age or brand, including installs done by other companies.
DIAGNOSIS & REPAIR
Well Pump Repair
The starting point for most calls. We test pump, tank, switch, control box and wiring together before anyone talks about parts — because most no-water callouts turn out to be repairs, not replacements.
WHEN IT’S FINISHED
Well Pump Replacement
Sometimes a pump genuinely is done. When that happens we size the new system to the well and the household rather than fitting whatever is on the van, so you don’t repeat the problem in five years.
PRESSURE PROBLEMS
Pressure Tank Service
Air charge testing, bladder replacement and correct sizing. A waterlogged tank makes the pump switch on and off every few seconds, and that short cycling is what burns motors out.
CONTROLS & WIRING
Pressure Switch & Control Box
The single most common failure point on a well system — and usually the cheapest thing to put right. Also where a tripping breaker and a pump that won’t shut off normally trace back to.
7am–9pm
Emergency Repair
No water at all, seven days a week. On a private well there’s no utility to fall back on, which is why we run late callouts to 9pm rather than booking you in for next week.
MEASUREMENT
Flow & Pressure Testing
Readings taken at the well head and at the tap, so the real restriction gets found before anyone spends money on parts. Useful on a system you’ve just inherited with a new house.
BEYOND THE WELL
Plumbing Services
Not every water problem starts at the pump. When the fault turns out to be somewhere in the house plumbing instead, we can deal with that too rather than sending you to someone else.
BELOW THE HOUSE
Sump Pump Repair
Float, check valve and discharge line tested before anyone talks about a new pump. On rural properties with a high water table, the sump works far harder than most people realise.
The Same Process on Every Job
STEP 01
Describe the symptom, not the service
You don’t need to know which service you need. Tell us what the water is doing and we’ll match it to the right one before anyone books a van.
STEP 02
One visit covers every service
If the fault turns out to sit somewhere other than where you expected, it is still the same visit and the same technician. Nothing gets handed off to another company.
STEP 03
One price, whichever service it turns out to be
The written price covers the work that actually fixes it, not the service you guessed at when you picked up the phone.
Booked the wrong service? It happens constantly and it costs you nothing extra. If you book a pressure tank service and the fault turns out to be the switch, we fix what is actually broken and price it accordingly.
Not sure which service you need?
Describe what the water is doing and we’ll work it out. We cover South Carolina — see the full list of areas.
Every Service Starts the Same Way
The eight services above overlap more than the list suggests. A pump that won’t shut off, a breaker that keeps tripping and pressure that fades in the evening can all trace back to the same part.
So the service you pick from this page is a starting point, not a commitment. The visit sorts out which one it actually was.
